Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation 29 days or more days prior to the start date of the hire: an administration fee of 5% of the total hire cost will be charged.
Cancellation of 15-28 days prior to the start date of the hire: 50% of the total hire cost will be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellation of 14 days or fewer prior to the start date of the hire: 100% of the total hire cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Labour charge: £55 per hour (Clause 4)
Admin Charge: £30 per hour
Cleaning Charge (In house) for unreasonable condition: £50 (Clause 11)
Dogs: £30 Camping Hire, £15 Car Hire (Clause 12)
Breakdown Charge for User Error: £2 per mile, min call out £100 (Clause 15)
International Driver Fee: £15 for those outside of UK, EU, AU, US, CA, NZ & SA
Additional Driver: £30 flat fee (Clause 6)
Additional Hours: £30 Camping Hire, £15 Car Hire
Out of Hours Charge: £20 per hour.
